Liver Cancer Prognosis

First and foremost: every liver cancer is different and you need to listen to your doctor what he says about liver cancer prognosis. Do you any reason to be alarmed? Yes you do: 3 people out of 4 in the US diagnosed with liver cancer will die because of their cancer…

The "good news" is that only 2% of all cancers in the US are liver cancers. The bad news is that in Asia and Africa: liver cancer is amongst the most common cancers. All I have to add to that is that when pesticides are banned in US and Europe, they are transported in mass to Africa and Asia. If on CNN you hear that China is still using Malachite Green which is banned in US, it is because US is transporting it to China! (Read more on how US criticizes China’s food market)

It seems that men are slightly more affected than women when it comes to having liver cancer (yet how accurate are statistics when one says: it seems…). On the other hand: cancer is about cells, men and women differ because of hormones,
and hormones also have a lot to say when it comes to multiplying cells. But one could probably also say: men tend to drink more beer, therefore their liver is weaker than the liver of women…

Although cancer is so well spread, we really don’t know much about it and I hate this guessing game :-(
