Mom is under the knife
Latest update is that mom is under the knife having surgery right now. Mom was very hungry and thirsty, as she wasn’t allowed to eat nor drink for the last 12 hours.
Mom was also a bit afraid, but according to brother, she calmed down once she saw the surgeon, who seems to be a very experienced and calm 57 years old guy. He made a few seconds free, had a little chat with mom and seems he knows the secret on how to give people the power to feel at ease when they are about to go on surgery.
Maybe no anaesthetics needed after all…. kidding!
